Who We Are
For over 25 years, we have baked and served thousands of bagels daily for our customers throughout the Chicagoland area, and now, we make the only true bagel chip in the country! With a dedication to crafting the finest for all things bagels, and a devotion to being a friend of the community, Corey's is dedicated to sharing our passion for bagels throughout the country, one chip at a time.

Our History
Our bagels and bagel chips have been a permanent fixture in Chicago since 2000 and have been served at every imaginable occasion. Staying true to our commitment to baking traditional, kettle boiled, NYC style bagels and chips, our products are like nothing else you've enjoyed.
Our everything bagel chip offers a robust, savory flavor that literally tastes like the best everything bagel you have ever had. Our cinnamon chips offer a tasty, sweet flavor that is second to none. Our two new flavors with a Chicago flair, Garlic and Sea Salt, again taking advantage of the bagel recipes we have perfected over decades.

Second Chances and a Commitment to Community
Second chances come in an infinite variety of forms, but all share the same underlying quality: they involve helping someone up who has previously fallen down. Corey's Bagel Chips believes that we have the responsibility to provide second chances, and each of us has the capacity to help lift up others. That being the case, Corey's Bagel Chips is proud to work with The Safer Foundation in Chicago (https://saferfoundation.org) to provide second chance work opportunities for people with a justice experience. Like The Safer Foundation, we know opportunity is key—to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and creating a better way forward for all. Clearing the landscape of societal hurdles to those impacted by the justice system is no small task, and we are proud to give job training and work opportunities to people seeking a new path.
Corey's Bagel Chips is also proud to work with the Chicago chapter of The Make-A-Wish Foundation (https://wish.org/illinois). Since being founded locally in 1985, Make-A-Wish Illinois has granted more than 16,000 wishes and continues its mission to share the power of a wish® with children in all 102 counties across the state. Life-changing wish journeys are made possible by dedicated staff and more than 1,000 caring volunteers who help each child discover, create, fulfill, and experience the lasting impact of their most heartfelt wish.
